This past weekend our friends and supporters joined us on-campus for our annual Feast of St. Dunstan. Dunstan, who was a blacksmith, bellmaker, harpist, and church planter, is a model of strength and virtue for young men, and we gather each year around the day he died (May 19th, 988 Anno Domini) to sing and celebrate with the community that has joined around us to build the Academy named after him.

Thanks to everyone who came to the party– and especially to Daniel Zimmerman from Rockingham Abbey, who showed up in the small hours of the morning to smoke barbeque for over 250 guests; to the Dave Zelonka Band who broke in our dormitory’s front porch for us; and to Blue Mountain Brewery for providing cheer for the event.
